API so that freezer name/shelf of a specific sample is captured.

Delete user-defined fields that are not needed

We should be able to delete user-defined fields when they're not needed. Even when samples are in archive and gone, I can't delete them. I don't want to keep relabeling UDFs slightly differently every time
