Changing the given box barcodes in batch to another preferred barcode in batch. This would enable to use your own barcodes for Boxes (MTP plates in our case). Currently this cannot be done.

It would be preferred to be able to delete a box with samples. Not to first delete the samples in a box, and then the box. In our case the "box" is an MTP plate. You will always take out the whole MTP plate at once. Therefore, delete a Whole plate...

If someone temporarily leaves the company, it should be possible to transfer the certain samples temporarily to someone else and after a certain time back again

While putting sample back into freezer currently, there is only a possibility to update volume. It would be helpful if expiry date can also be updated in such a manner .

It would be convenient to be able to send a message to more than one user group at the same time via communication tool

We would like to hide standard fields, as it is confusing to our enduser.

There should be posssibility of zoom in box view. Now that view is too small for some users.

It would be useful to import samples to Staging and Receiving Area (SRA) using excel FreezerPro AddIn. There was a try using column names when exporting data from SRA but there was no success so far.

No text wrapping in box view when text is connected by that symbol "_". when there is space " " or "-" connection wrapping is ok. In my opinion "_" should work the same as "-".

It would be helpful if there was an OK button in the Scan & Move feature that, when clicked, moves the vial with the scanned barcode. Clicking Enter is not convenient when we use our tablet "kiosk" which lacks a keyboard. There have also been ...
