Quickly Scan and Move

As far as I can see, there's no easy way to quickly scan a box/vial/rack/subdivision/etc and move it. This seems like an essential feature for rapid inventory updates. I propose a function where you can scan a barcode for the item you want to move...

API can help with mandatory comment when GLP mode is enabled

Right now, when GLP mode is enabled, API cannot work at all. As a life science company, we cannot have GLP disabled. We are now not able to use API at all. Can the code just simply force us to provide a comment when GLP mode is enabled to use API?

Select all to speed up editing access permissions

Currently, it is extremely tedious to edit group access permissions because you have to manually select the access level for every single group or user. There should be a way to select/edit the permissions for multiple users/groups at once.

Add web proxy option to console menu
