create a message including more than 2 samples from different boxes

The key SHIFT can add several samples. The key ALT can add at least 2 samples from different box in a message, but the result is not accurate. The message can contain less samples or different samples.

Export Box-level data to excel

Sometimes users don't populate the boxes they are storing with samples, but the information about the box itself is still useful for historical purposes. We would like to export the box level data in a searchable format

Generate a vial report for a subdivision/freezer

We want to be able to generate a vial report for a subdivision. Currently when you generate a report for a subdivision you get a sample report . That is, all the vials for a sample are reported even if some of those vials aren't in the subdivision...

Ability to produce a report on all Users

I'd like the ability to produce a report on all Users. The report should include UID, Login Name, Email Address, Full Name, Status (Enabled/Disabled), Last Updated Date, Role, and Samples Owned.

Exporting and importing picklists and associated comments

Picklists and associated comments with the removal of samples in that picklist, should be able to be exported and imported into new Freezerpro instances. Current freezerpro versions picklists can be exported but are not exported with with comments...

Include box location when doing a report from "Browse Boxes"

I can't currently see a way to have on a report of boxes the location of the box in the freezer. This is from doing a report after clicking "Browse Boxes" on a level in the freezer.

Would it be possible to include a report of the total number of samples in all freezers (split by sample type) and also the total number for each Sample Group?[currently only showing the total storage for each freezer]
