We are having issues with retrieving samples from users who left the company as they had large amount of vials deleted and left in their trash can. As this is user specific it's hard to get access to the users profile to then retrieve these samples.

There is no way export the archive. This seems very basic. It stands to reason one should be able to export archived samples.

Keyboard shortcuts (for copy, paste, select several positions in via shift etc.) would be very convenient and time saving
