use http error codes

Currently the API responds with code 200 regardless of the outcome. For debugging and logging it's handy if a 400 error is reported as such so I suggest to change current behavior to only report 200 when the query was successful.

Outlook notification on alerts

It would be really important for us to receive e-mail notifications to our e-mail addresses about the alerts that come up in FreezerPro. Would be really useful for traceability.

Optimizing storage load

Making the most out of the available storage is often a big concern for our users and, if possible, a system functionality that could help them find and fill empty cells in an easier fashion would surely be appreciated.
