I agree - not being able to use custom sample reports and getting the undefined method acls error is very frustrating!
Having a report generated - WITH sample location information - in an exportable format would be extremely useful

I appreciate that a generic "Samples Report" can now be downloaded from the completed shipments page. However when I try and download a report using a custom Report Template, I get the error message "Report Error at line: 1 undefined method 'acls' for #". I need to be able to choose extra data to be included in these reports as a formal record of my shipments. Can this functionality be fixed?
