Push creating label template access down to Manager role

We would like to import an entire freezer structure into FreezerPro and create freezer groups with the import as well.

I made a change of an existing role and there is no entry in the All Audit Records. We can’t know what permission was modified, deleted

In the audit trail, the change of user only display “Updated”, without any details so we can’t track what it has been changed. That could be a nice to have that kind of information is requested from the regulatory agency

We would like to see somewhere within FreezerPro the reports that we downloaded. Maybe if it would be possible to trace back reports people ran in FreezerPro for a few days that would give us a better overview.

The units of measure such as mg and mL do not show up on the downloaded CSV file. FreezerPro® (7.4.3-r15350) 46 users license (Enterprise)

It is common to search for a list of samples and then want to retrieve these samples from the Freezer, so it would be good to be able to Export or print sample names and locations of a found set.

I just noticed that you cant add samples to a picklist if they are in loose bag box option. Would it be possible to add this as a feature?

The sample overview shows in big letters the sample ID. In our case, the sample name would be more important. Unfortunately this is not adjustable.
