FreezerPro

An update of FreezerPro records by file import (CSV) is an effective way of managing alterations on multiple samples simultaneously. We have found that the source of such an import file is often a report generated by FreezerPro. It's easy to create a report, alter values, and then import it to change certain values. However, it seems strange that the column headers in reports differ from the ones required for import/update. For example, a report will produce the column headers [Barcode] and [Vial Volume] but an update will require the same columns to have the headers [BARCODE] and [Volume]. Synchronizing the column headers so that they are the same whether you are exporting or importing data would make it much easier to work with files.
