Validate Sample Source Name

Many of our users need to use the sample source name for the Swedish equivalent of social security number (personal number). It would be very helpful and a big improvement in quality assurance if the name field could be made to validate on a specific format. The format used for the personal number is YYYYMMDDNNNN, i.e. 198004309999.
