Change UI color for test

For admins and users working simultaneously in a testing and production environment of FreezerPro, there is always the risk of confusing the two. Being able to change the color scheme of the testing environment would help prevent such confusion. It needn't be the entire UI that is changeable, but it should be an element that is hard to miss.
