It will be very helpful to have the date and time adjusted to multiple users' time zones especially when users log in from the web interface and display the reference (example EST, UTC, CT, etc...).

Actually, the system allows only to set up a single location for the time zone, while users connected to the same application can be located in different time zones.

This feature will improve compliance, especially to the data integrity.
