As far as I can see, there's no easy way to quickly scan a box/vial/rack/subdivision/etc and move it. This seems like an essential feature for rapid inventory updates. I propose a function where you can scan a barcode for the item you want to move and then scan a barcode for the location you're moving it to, and it will automatically perform the move in the software for you. If you tried to move an item to an incompatible location (e.g. moving a sample to a freezer instead of another box), you would get an error code.
