Set parent sample when creating a sample through API

We are able to create new samples through the FreezerPro API, however there is no method to set the parent sample ID during creation nor is there a method to link a sample.

    Alternative title - Create deriviate samples through API.

    This step is incredibly time consuming to do manually in the UI if you have many tens of samples to process in batch.
