In the inbox, the close option (meaning delete) should be moved to avoid a delete instead of a reply.

There is no option to archived the request (message). Access to the archived message should be based on the group or the person to whom the message was addressed.

Also, the message archived should be grouped by the "To" and easily filter by date, (+ range of date) person who response the message (applicable when it was addressed to a group), keywords and export it. The purpose is to keep and consult when needed and also to create KPIs by month.

The message received by email did not contain all the contain of the message if several back and fourth is done.
