Audit log should log when user-defined fields are added

Audit log should log when user-defined fields are added to a sample type

Right now in FreezerPro version 8, the Audit log does not log if an User-Defined Field is added to a Sample Type. Such changes should also be included in the Audit log in order to have a good traceability of changes and actions that are made in FreezerPro.
