Have a setting to enforce strict import

Sometimes there are issues if the user thinks they have added a column, but there is a syntax error in the column name, resulting in the data not being uploaded. We would like a way of enforcing the 'Strict Import' option for our users when uploading data.

    It would be also good if the strict import could be extended to the "Update" functionality. Currently, for updates there is no way to ensure all columns are being updated.
