FreezerPro

We often get a popup stating that there is a ”Communication Failure” in FreezerPro but unfortunately we can’t seem to pinpoint what triggers it. It seems random, but we suspect that is can sometimes be connected to printing labels or printing via the web browser. Most of the time, if you click OK the popup will disappear but sometimes the whole session will crash and the browser tab must be reloaded. Sometimes the popup is back again in a couple of minutes. We’ve tried various combinations of Java-permissions, printing commands, printer settings, and user behavior but the exact formula eludes us.
