Rename Copy and Paste to Copy and Paste as Aliquot, to clarify it initiates a workflow

Would be great to change the terminology to clarify that the Copy and Paste function initiates the aliquot workflow. It is very clear for the Derivative (Copy and Create Derivative) or Template (Copy and Paste as New Sample) workflows.

Copy and Paste is widely used in different software and people do use it accidentally not realising the new and original sample(s) will mirror each other.
