Allow admin to delete barcode printers in use

As an admin in FreezerPro sometimes need to delete barcode printer configurations. However, if such a printer has been selected as the default printer for a specific user (or users) it is considered as "in use" by FreezerPro and cannot be deleted. What is more, the admin cannot change the default printer for the users in question and as far as I can tell this operation can only be performed by logging in as those users and changing the default printer in the user specific settings.

Preferably, an admin should be able to administer the default user printers and/or delete saved barcode printer configurations wheter they are in use or not.
