Use FreezerPro add on tool to both update and add sample

Use FreezerPro add on tool to both update and add sample sources.

Users should be able to add NEW sample sources in real time while adding or updating samples to FreezerPro while using the FreezerPro Add On tool. Currently, this tool only allows the Sample Source to be updated so long as the source already exists in FreezerPro. An unnecessary limitation and time sink when both sample and source could be added simultaneously from one tool.
