At the moment, we duly add bug fixes and suggestions to make the system run as we would expect and yet several months on we see no feedback at all, even when subscribing to a suggestion. According to this system, not one thing has been resolved and yet your support team tell us to add suggestions (often basic functionality) onto this system as this is the only way you will now 'process' these things.
I appreciate that customers who have been given early access to the system have not yet seen any results. The issues are being reviewed, and the top 40 or so have been scoped by design. A number of these will be scheduled for development for the next release.
