FreezerPro

When shipping a sample you specify who is the customer and ship you samples there. Freezerpro keeps track of the shipped samples.

We ship the majority of our samples between different sites of the same company. It would be ideal if we could use the shipping module for this and that the person receiving the sample can take the sample from the shipping module and place it in their freezer. To this end the sample location will change and the sample is somehow marked as shipped. In this way the barcodes are kept intact and searchable. Also there is no need to fill in all required field.

Sure you can place a sample from our freezer in a freezer of a different site. But the location is giving by the receiving end and there is no track record that this sample was shipped,

Currently, only shipping samples and removing them from our freezer does not seem like a usable add on.
